1. Introduction

Welcome to Claudeskills.ai ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our marketplace platform for buying and selling Claude AI skills. By accessing or using Claudeskills.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Platform Services

Claudeskills.ai operates as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of Claude AI skills. We provide:

• A platform for sellers to list and sell their Claude AI skills
• A marketplace for buyers to discover and purchase skills
• Secure file storage and delivery of purchased skills
• Payment processing services through our integration with Stripe
• AI-powered security analysis and validation of uploaded skills

3. Payment Processing

Payment processing services for sellers on Claudeskills.ai are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to operate as a seller on Claudeskills.ai, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Claudeskills.ai enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Claudeskills.ai accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Claudeskills.ai to share this information and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

4. Platform Fees

Claudeskills.ai charges a 10% platform fee on all paid transactions. This fee is automatically deducted from the sale price at the time of purchase. Sellers receive 90% of the listed price for each sale.

5. Seller Responsibilities

5.1 Account Requirements

To sell paid skills on the Platform, you must:

• Create and maintain an active Claudeskills.ai account
• Complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payments
• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your skills
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Content Standards

Sellers agree that all uploaded skills must:

• Be original work or properly licensed
• Not contain malicious code, malware, or security vulnerabilities
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not violate any laws or regulations
• Accurately represent the skill's functionality and features
• Pass our AI-powered security validation process

5.3 Validation and Review

All skills are subject to automated security analysis and manual review by our team before publication. We reserve the right to reject any skill that does not meet our quality or security standards.

6. Buyer Rights and Responsibilities

6.1 License to Use

Upon purchasing a skill, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill for your personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased skills with others.

6.2 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where:

• The skill is materially different from its description
• The skill contains critical errors that prevent its use
• The skill violates our content standards

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain all intellectual property rights to their skills. By uploading a skill to the Platform, sellers grant Claudeskills.ai a limited license to:

• Store and host the skill files
• Display skill information, descriptions, and previews on the Platform
• Deliver purchased skills to buyers
• Perform security analysis and validation
• Promote the skill on the Platform and in marketing materials

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to circumvent our payment or security systems
• Scrape, copy, or replicate the Platform's functionality
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 As-Is Service

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10.2 Skill Quality

While we perform security validation, we do not guarantee the quality, functionality, or fitness for purpose of any skill listed on the Platform. Sellers are solely responsible for the skills they create and sell.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claudeskills.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or any skills purchased through it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claudeskills.ai from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Skills you upload or sell on the Platform

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Claudeskills.ai is registered. You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
